Osseo Maple Grove Hockey Association

Each family in OMGHA is required to work a minimum of 10 volunteer hours per player during the hockey season unless you selected the Buyout Option.  Families with more than 2 registered players will only be asked to work the volunteer hours with respect to the first 2 registered players.

Our team will get 2 sets of volunteer hours during the season.  Those hours will first be opened only to families of the team.  If we are unable to fulfill these team assigned hours, the remaining hours will be opened to other families in OMGHA.  As a team, we are required to fulfill any and all hours assigned to us.

***A "no show" fee of $100 will be assessed to any volunteer that is scheduled to work and then does not show up.  The volunteer scheduled to work must find someone else to cover the hours to avoid the penalty fee.  Players will not be allowed back on the ice until this fee is paid.

I will receive periodic updates throughout the season with the hours that each family on our team has worked.  I will email those to you for verification so please make sure that you keep track of the days and times you work.  If there are any discrepancies, please let me know (suzyborsch@comcast.net) and I will work with the Volunteer Coordinator on your behalf.  Thanks!
