OMGHA is currently seeking additional volunteers to help support Project I.C.E. (Ice Center Expansion), the internal fund-raising arm of the association designed to support the development and construction of an additional sheet of ice at the Maple Grove Community Center Ice Arena.
There are a variety of volunteer opportunities available. A position description for each is available by accessing the Project I.C.E. page on the OMGHA web site. The association is still in need of individuals for the following areas.
- Contributions & Donations Coordinator
- Silent Auction & Raffle Projects Coordinator
- Non-OMGHA Charitable Gaming Coordinator
- Matching Business Contributions Coordinator
The association also needs help with the following new event-related positions as it pertains to fund-raising for Project I.C.E.
- Special Events & Projects Coordinator
- Spaghetti & Pancake Benefits Coordinator
- Tournaments Assistant
OMGHA is waiving up to 20 hours of required volunteer time for each position listed above. This is a great way to become active in the association, have fun with other member families and provide support for expansion of the Maple Grove Ice Arena.
