Lady Capitals 2009-2010 Season

Outdoor practices will be held on Mondays and Thursdays at Weaver Lake Park.  Be sure the girls are dressed warm enough.  While the temp is not usually much colder than Osseo West, the wind can cool them off in a hurry.
