Returning Player Online Registration for 2008/2009

On-line registration will be available to all returning players through the OMGHA website from August 1^st to August 31^st. The only form of payment accepted with on-line registration is Visa, MasterCard, Paypal or E-check. If you do not use on-line registration or wish to pay with a check, cash or vouchers, you will need to complete a registration packet and send it in via U.S. mail. All mail-in registrations must be POSTMARKED by August 31^st. Registration packets will be available in the new entrance area of the Maple Grove Ice Arena starting August 1^st.

CANDY BAR FEES ARE DUE WITH YOUR REGISTRATION!!

RETURNING PLAYERS NOT REGISTERED BY AUGUST 31^ST WILL BE ASSESSED A $50 LATE FEE

U19 AND JUNIOR GOLD PLAYERS MAY REGISTER

WITHOUT LATE FEE UNTIL THE END OF HIGH SCHOOL TRYOUTS

2008-2009 Registration Information

You can continue to register on-line, but there will be a $50 late fee assessed for all returning players after August 31, 2008.

WALK-IN REGISTRATION FOR NEW PLAYERS IS COMPLETE.

Volunteer Policy

By registering for OMGHA hockey, you confirm that you are aware of our OMGHA Volunteer Policy. Our policy requires 14 hours per child, 20 hours max per family per season. You will be asked to choose from two options:

1. Volunteer the required number of hours during the season, with team managers collecting a $250 check per player (not to be cashed) at the beginning of the season as deposit for that volunteer commitment

or:

2. Buyout of the volunteer commitment by paying a $250 buyout fee per player at the time of registration.

CANDY BAR FUNDRAISER/BUYOUT OPTION

All players are required to participate in the candy bar fundraiser OR select the buyout option. Fees are due with registration and candy will be delivered when teams are formed.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

OMGHA now has limited funds available for financial assistance toward registration fees for qualified applicants. Applications are available online or by contacting the OMGHA Registrar (see info below). All requests are kept confidential.
