NEW PLAYER WALK IN REGISTRATION

New players MUST attend walk-in registration and submit a copy of their government-issued birth certificate with their registration materials. Hospital or souvenir birth records will not be accepted.

Walk-in registration will be held on Saturday, September 15th from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Maple Grove Ice Arena and Thursday, September 20th from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm at the Maple Grove Community Center for NEW PLAYERS ONLY
ALL players 8 years old and younger must register by October 20th!


Returning Player Online Registration for 2007/2008 Season Closed on September 7th.

Online registration was available to all returning players through the OMGHA website from August 1st to September 7th.  If you did not use online registration or wish to, you will need to complete a registration packet and send it in via U.S. mail. All mail-in registrations POSTMARKED after August 31st will be subject to a $50 late fee.

Registration packets will be available in the lobby of the Maple Grove Ice Arena starting August 1st or you can download them by clicking here.

Volunteer Policy

By registering for OMGHA hockey, you confirm that you are aware of our OMGHA Volunteer Policy. Our policy requires 10 hours per child, 20 hours max per family per season. You will be asked to choose from two options:

1. Volunteer the required number of hours during the season, with team managers collecting a check (not to be cashed) at the beginning of the season as deposit for that volunteer commitment or:

2. Buyout of the volunteer commitment by paying a $150 buyout fee.

CANDY BAR FUNDRAISER/BUYOUT OPTION

All players are required to participate in the candy bar fundraiser OR select the buyout option. This will be completed by the team managers this fall.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

OMGHA now has limited funds available for financial assistance toward registration fees for qualified applicants. Applications are available online or by contacting the OMGHA Registrar (see info below). All requests are kept confidential.
