The following database shows the CEP documentation that we currently have on file.
Key for this spreadsheet:
YELLOW means I need info or a photocopy of a more updated card, sticker etc. See the Notes column to get more info. If a coach renewed their Level 3 on-line last year and furnished us with a copy of their on-line certificate, it was only good for last year--we now need a copy of their CEP card with their new Level 3 sticker on it.
Majenta means that this card is expired or will expire by December. This person MUST take a clinic if they want to coach this year. 04-05 cards are already expired; 05-06 cards expire December 08. the sooner they can take a clinic, the better. Please convey to your coaches that they should get copies of their card to us right away.
If there is no color on your info, it means your card is good, but you must make sure that the right level is obtained to coach the desired level team (i.e.--You may have a 07/08 Level 1 card, but now your player is a squirt, so you need a Level 2).
LEVEL needed to coach:
Level 1 - Mites (ages 8 and under) and U10
Level 2 - Squirts/U12
Level 3 - Peewees/Bantams/Jr Gold/U14/U19
NOTE: A Level 4 certification never expires.
